Travel agency marketing with every departure on your own site
Your team publishes every departure with its itinerary, dates and photos, and Instagram content and ads point to that trip so travelers reach you with it already picked.
Travel agency marketing: what we found on 15 websites
On October 25, 2026 we measured 15 independent travel agency websites in the Miami area, Houston, Los Angeles, San Antonio and Phoenix. We checked six basics: meta description, a single main heading (H1), mobile layout, HTTPS, Google Analytics or Tag Manager and structured business data.
0of 15
Pass all 6 basic checks Miss at least one
7 of 15have no meta description, so Google writes the text travelers see in the results on its own.
14 of 15have no Meta pixel, so Instagram and Facebook ads cannot reach people who already looked at a trip.
7 of 15have no single main heading (H1): 4 have none and 3 have several.
10 of 15have no Google Analytics or Tag Manager, so they cannot tell which trip or campaign brings each inquiry.

Travel agency marketing: what your site needs to sell departures
Travel agency marketing starts with the package: destination, dates, what is included and the price. If that lives in a Facebook post nobody updates, the traveler asks, waits and books somewhere else.
One page per trip with a short description, day-by-day itinerary, valid dates and gallery.
Destinations sorted so the traveler filters by Mexico, the Caribbean or Europe and sees only current departures.
A text or call button on every trip with the message prefilled: trip, date and number of travelers.
Your Seller of Travel registration number where your state requires it, and the total price up front.
A Spanish version if your clients need it, quoted separately.
The plan
The plan to sell more trips from your site
A site, social content and ads in one plan. Instagram sparks the idea, the trip page answers the questions and the conversation closes the sale. The package builder can be added to the plan and is quoted after the diagnosis.
What owners tell us
“We design our packages in Canva, post them on Instagram and a week later the prices are out of date. Half the inquiries are people asking what is included.”
01
Area Survey
We review 20 to 30 travel agencies in your segment (website, published trips, active ads, mobile speed) and show you where you stand.
02
Launch Route
A site with one page per departure (short description, day-by-day itinerary, valid dates, gallery and destination), delivered in dated stages. If you add the package builder, it goes into the Route with its own date.
03
Plain Report
A monthly report with inquiries per package and the campaigns that paid off, ending in next month’s decision.
If you leave it as is
In our survey, none of the 15 sites passed all six basics and 14 of 15 had no Meta pixel. Without it, ad spend cannot learn who looked at each trip.

Essential site
Launch
From USD 2,000
Only the site, up to 6 pages for your main destinations and departures, ready in 2 to 3 weeks. The builder is quoted separately.
Novo Tour: 3x conversion with a site that lets the packages lead
We redesigned Novo Tour’s site and replaced an expensive booking system with a package builder in WordPress and ACF. The design is clean on purpose, so each departure is the first thing people see.
The builder can be the core of the site: your team fills in a form for each departure and the page builds itself. It is added to the plan and quoted after the diagnosis, like the tools you now run by hand in spreadsheets and chats.
On the site
Trip quote tool
Back and forth over messages to quote every request
The traveler picks destination, dates, party size and services (flights, hotel, transfers, tours) and gets an estimate that lands in your CRM.
On the site
Group departures finder
Seats updated by hand in posts and flyers
A catalog with seats, dates, starting price and status (confirmed, last spots) your team changes from the panel.
Off the site
Payment and document reminders
Installments, passports and visas expiring with no warning
Automatic text or email alerts before each installment, passport, visa and check-in deadline.
Off the site
Sales and commission dashboard
Commissions tracked in Excel, with errors and delays
An internal panel with bookings, margin and commission by supplier and by advisor, connected to your spreadsheet or back office.
Already built
Travel Builder: the Novo Tour package builder
It replaced an expensive booking system. Each departure is added through a form inside WordPress with a short description, day-by-day itinerary, valid dates, cover, banner, gallery and its destination in a custom taxonomy. The Novo Tour team publishes with no developer.
In California, every seller of travel must register with the Attorney General and display the registration number on all advertising, and other states have their own rules that we check in the diagnosis. On pricing, the FTC Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees covers short-term lodging; it does not clearly settle how it applies to full packages, so we simply show the total price with mandatory fees up front on every trip page.
02
Who your next client is
The Bureau of Labor Statistics counts 61,500 travel agent jobs in 2025 and projects little or no change through 2035, so growth comes from taking share. An Airbnb-commissioned survey from 2024 found that visiting family is the top reason to take a trip for 61% of U.S. Latin and Hispanic travelers.
How we work with travel agencies
We start with what is costing you inquiries today and leave the heavy lifting for when there is data.
1
Diagnosis
In 2 business days we review your site, social accounts, ads and how a traveler gets from a phone to a conversation with your team.
2
Packages and destinations
We define the builder fields, the destination taxonomy and the legal details each page needs.
3
Site and campaigns
We build the site, your team loads the first departures and we launch content and ads pointing at each one.
4
Monthly review
We count inquiries by package and campaign, and decide the next step with numbers.
Questions before you hire us
The ones owners and sales managers in tourism ask us.
How much does the full plan cost?
It is USD 1,150 per month for content and ads, plus the site from USD 2,000, paid once. Ad spend is separate. The package builder is added to the plan and quoted after the diagnosis, along with the final site number.
Can you build a trip quote tool that sends leads to my CRM?
Yes. The quote tool and the package builder are custom features we scope after the diagnosis. At Novo Tour the builder replaced an expensive booking system and the team publishes trips with no developer.
How long until the site is live?
A Launch site is delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. If you add the builder, its dates go into the Launch Route after the 2-business-day diagnosis.
Will AI tools like ChatGPT mention my business?
They can, if your site states clearly what you sell, where and for whom. North AI works on that and tracks it every month with the AI Radar, and you can add it for USD 1,500 to 2,500 per month.
Can my site work in English and Spanish?
Yes, quoted separately. The Launch site covers one language; a bilingual site is part of Site That Sells (USD 4,500 to 6,500), and we write the Spanish in house so it reads naturally.
Is there a minimum term, and what do you need from me?
The monthly plan has a 3-month minimum and the site is billed 50% up front and 50% on delivery. We need access to your site and Meta ad account, plus photos or videos of your destinations.
