We work so that people looking for a facial, a massage or rehab nearby find you on Google Maps, see your work on social media and book from their phone. And we measure it every month.
Wellness clinic marketing: what we found on 18 U.S. websites
On October 25, 2026 we checked independent med spa, day spa, physical therapy and chiropractic websites one by one: 18 loaded and 1 did not. The 6 basic checks are a meta description, a single main heading (H1), a mobile-friendly layout, a secure connection (HTTPS), Google Analytics or Tag Manager, and business structured data.
5of 18
Pass all 6 basic checks Miss at least one
15 of 18have no Meta pixel, so Instagram ad spend can’t be tied to bookings.
8 of 18have no Google Analytics or Tag Manager, so they can’t tell what brings in bookings.
8 of 18have no tap-to-call link for visitors on a phone.
7 of 18have no meta description, so Google writes the search snippet on its own.

01
What a med spa or PT website needs to fill the calendar
Wellness clinic marketing starts with what people check before booking: which service you offer, what the place looks like, who will see them and whether there is an opening this week. A clear site, a complete Google profile and social media with real content from your space answer all of that.
One page per treatment (facials, massage, lymphatic drainage, rehab) with length, provider and a booking button.
Online booking by provider and room, connected to the scheduling software you already use.
Session packages and gift cards for sale on the site, with online payment (quoted separately as custom work).
A Google Business Profile with the right category, real hours and photos of your rooms.
A Spanish version when your clients need it, quoted separately. We write both languages in house.
The plan
Full Calendar: the wellness clinic marketing plan
Social media and local SEO in one monthly plan, worked for Google Maps and Instagram, with each month’s numbers in the report.
What we hear
“Rooms sit empty midweek, we sell mostly through Instagram and we track packages in a spreadsheet.”
01
Area Survey
We review 20 to 30 businesses in your area and niche (social, Google profile, reviews, online booking) and show you where you stand.
02
Profile That Sells
Your Google Business Profile with categories, services, hours, photos of the space and review replies with no health information.
03
9-Signal Check
The nine basic local presence signals, measured before and after, scored from 0 to 9.
04
Plain Report
A monthly report in plain language: bookings, messages, calls and searches won, ending with next month’s decision.
If you leave it as is
Only 5 of the 18 sites we checked passed all 6 basic checks, and 8 had no tap-to-call link. Someone searching nearby who can’t book from the phone books with whoever shows up first.
If you would rather start with one part

From USD 2,000
If you don’t have a site of your own yet: up to 6 pages with treatments and booking, ready in 2 to 3 weeks.
Verigoodlife: a health brand that sells with no manual steps
We rebuilt the WordPress and WooCommerce store of a health and nutrition coach. Programs and sessions are delivered automatically after each purchase. It is the same base we would use to sell session packages or gift cards on your site.
When a template falls short, we build it. Tools connected to your site or internal panels, so your staff stops doing by hand what a system can do.
On the site
Session packages
Sessions tracked on spreadsheets or punch cards, and payments that slip through
Clients buy a pack of sessions online and see how many sessions they have left.
On the site
Digital gift cards
Paper vouchers that are easy to copy, and sales lost around Mother's Day
Gift cards sold on your site with a unique code and a personalized PDF, checked at the front desk in one click.
Off the site
Booking by room and provider
Double bookings and machines already in use
A calendar that assigns room, equipment and provider based on the service chosen.
Off the site
Win-back campaigns
Clients who stop coming and nobody notices
Spots anyone who hasn’t returned in 60 or 90 days and sends them an email or SMS with open slots, through vendors that sign a BAA if HIPAA applies to you.
Already built
The Novo Tour package builder
For a travel agency we replaced an expensive booking system with a panel inside WordPress: each trip is added with a form and published with no developer involved. With the same idea, your staff adds services, packages and gift cards on their own.
The FTC Health Products Compliance Guidance says health claims in ads must be backed by competent and reliable scientific evidence, and that advertisers are liable for misleading testimonials. The FTC rule on reviews, announced in August 2024, bans fake reviews and rewards conditioned on a positive or negative sentiment. So we show each treatment, who performs it and the space, with no before-and-after promises.
If you run a patient portal, the HHS bulletin on online tracking warns that pixels on logged-in pages generally access health information and that a cookie banner is not a HIPAA authorization. We keep ad pixels off those pages.
02
How big the market is
According to the ISAPS Global Survey, the U.S. had 6,165,173 aesthetic procedures in 2024, 4,165,645 of them non-surgical. The Bureau of Labor Statistics counted about 283,700 physical therapist jobs in 2025, projected to grow 12% from 2025 to 2035, and massage therapist jobs are projected to grow 15% over the same period.
How we work with med spas and PT clinics
We start with what leaves rooms empty today and leave the heavy lifting for when there is data.
1
Diagnosis
In 2 business days we review your social media, your Google profile, your site and how someone books from a phone.
2
Treatments and messages
We decide what to show for each service and how to say it, within FTC rules.
3
Content and profile
We plan the month’s content, publish it and get your Business Profile fully set up.
4
Monthly measurement
We count bookings, messages and searches won, and decide the next step with numbers.
Questions before hiring us
The ones owners of beauty studios and rehab clinics ask us most.
How much does Full Calendar cost?
USD 1,450 to 1,950 per month: all-in social media at USD 550 plus local SEO at USD 900 to 1,400. The final figure depends on locations and services, and we confirm it after the diagnosis, which is included and takes 2 business days.
How do we show up when people search “med spa near me”?
Through a complete Google Business Profile with the right categories, real photos and reviews you reply to, plus a site with a page per service. Rankings depend on local competition, which is why the plan has a 3-month minimum and a monthly report with numbers.
What can we legally claim about results in our ads?
The FTC requires health claims to be backed by competent and reliable scientific evidence, and you are liable for misleading testimonials. We describe each treatment, how long it takes and who performs it, with no promised results.
Will online booking connect with our current scheduling software?
Yes. We link the system you already use, or set up a secure booking request form. Packages and gift cards with online payment are quoted as custom work.
Can you make the site bilingual for our Spanish-speaking clients?
Yes, as a separate quote, or included if you choose Site That Sells. We write both languages in house, so your Spanish pages read naturally and rank for searches in Spanish.
How do you track which ads bring in paying clients?
We set up Google Analytics and the Meta pixel on public pages, keep them off any logged-in area and tie bookings back to the source. The monthly report shows where each booking came from.
Want to talk about your calendar?
Tell us which treatments you offer and how many rooms you have. We reply with a diagnosis and a plan with dates.
