Real estate marketing that brings sellers ready to list
We build your site and local SEO so homeowners who want to sell can find your work, request a valuation on your site and land in your CRM with every detail.
On October 25, 2026 we measured 12 independent offices in three U.S. metros against 6 basic checks: a meta description, a single main heading (H1), a mobile-friendly layout, a secure connection (HTTPS), Google Analytics and business structured data. None passed all six.
0of 12
Pass all 6 basic checks Miss at least one
3 of 12have no meta description, so Google writes the search snippet on its own.
8 of 12have no main heading (H1) or more than one.
7 of 12have no business structured data, which helps Google and AI tools understand where you work.
1 of 12is set to noindex, which tells Google not to show the site at all.

Real estate marketing: what your site needs to win listings
Real estate marketing works when your own site gives homeowners a reason to trust you and buyers a way to browse your inventory without competitors on the same screen. Agents still matter: according to the National Association of Realtors, 88% of home buyers used an agent or broker.
Listing pages with photos, square footage, HOA fees and an updated price, written in Fair Housing compliant language.
A valuation request form that asks for address, size and condition, and books the visit.
A search by neighborhood, bedrooms and price, with alerts that log each lead in your CRM.
A Spanish version if you serve Spanish-speaking clients, written in house.
A Google Business Profile with the right category, your service area and real photos.
The plan
The real estate marketing plan, with a published price
A new site and local SEO in one plan, so each neighborhood you serve has its own page and every inquiry lands in your CRM.
What brokers tell us
"Buyers find us on the big portals, but homeowners in our area do not. Every portal lead is talking to ten other offices, and the portal keeps the relationship."
01
Area Survey
We review 20 to 30 competitors in your neighborhoods (website, Google profile, reviews, mobile speed) and show you where you stand.
02
Launch Route
A site with listing pages, a page per neighborhood and a valuation request form, delivered in dated stages.
03
Profile That Sells
Google Business Profile with categories, service area, office photos and review replies.
04
9-Signal Check
Nine basic local presence signals, measured before and after, scored from 0 to 9.
05
Plain Report
A monthly report with valuation requests, inquiries per home and the searches you won, ending in next month’s decision.
If you leave it as is
In our survey none of the 12 sites passed all 6 basic checks, 7 of 12 had no business structured data and 1 was set to noindex.
If you would rather start with one piece
Essential site
Launch
From USD 2,000
If you just got your license: a site of up to 6 pages with featured homes and a valuation form, ready in 2 to 3 weeks.
Broadwayfina: 61 pages of their own and 64 venues with directions
For a musical theatre outlet we built a custom WordPress theme: every musical has its own page and every theatre has its location and directions. It is the same base we would use for your inventory: each home with its own page and map.
Software that connects to your CRM and the portals
When a template falls short, we build it. Tools connected to your site or internal panels, so your team stops doing by hand what a system can do.
On the site
Property search with alerts
Leads that go cold because nobody tells them when a match comes in
Search by neighborhood, bedrooms and price. When a matching home is added, it sends an email or text alert and logs the lead in Follow Up Boss or HubSpot.
On the site
Home value tool
Seller leads are expensive and a plain contact form does not convert
Asks for address, size and condition, shows an estimated range by neighborhood from your own data and books the valuation visit.
Off the site
Seller portal
Owners calling for updates and leaving for another office
A private area where each seller sees showings, inquiries and feedback on their home, using the data your CRM already has.
Off the site
Lease and rent tracker
Renewals and rent changes tracked in spreadsheets
An internal dashboard with leases, renewal dates, rent changes and pending payments, with alerts for your team.
Already built
The Novo Tour package builder
For a travel agency we replaced an expensive booking system with a panel inside WordPress: each trip is added with a form and published with no developer involved. The same logic lets your team add each property once with photos, size and price, and it shows up in the site search on its own.
What you can publish under fair housing and FTC rules
The Fair Housing Act prohibits making, printing or publishing ads that indicate a preference, limitation or discrimination, and that covers websites, listing descriptions and directories. Before launch we review the copy on every page and listing template with that rule in mind.
The FTC rule on reviews bans fake or AI-generated reviews and buying reviews conditioned on a positive or negative sentiment. Under the FTC Endorsement Guides, any material connection between you and someone who recommends you must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. We ask clients for reviews openly and never write them.
Your audience is changing too. The same 2025 NAR report shows first-time buyers fell to a record low of 21% of all buyers, and their typical age climbed to 40. Most of your clients have bought before, so the site should speak to repeat buyers and owners first.
How we work with realtors and brokers
We start with what is costing you new listings today and leave the heavy lifting for when there is data.
1
Diagnosis
In 2 business days we review your site, your Google profile, your portal presence and what a seller sees when searching in your area.
2
Inventory and neighborhoods
We define how homes are added, which neighborhoods get their own page and what the home value tool asks.
3
Site and connections
We build or redesign the site, connect it to your CRM and complete your Google Business Profile.
4
Monthly measurement
We count valuation requests, inquiries per home and searches won, then decide the next step with numbers.
Questions before hiring us
The ones brokers and team leads ask us.
How much does the plan cost for my brokerage?
The site costs USD 4,500 to 6,500, paid once, and local SEO costs USD 900 to 1,400 per month. If you just got your license, you can start with Launch from USD 2,000. We confirm the final number after the diagnosis, which takes 2 business days and is included.
How long does the site take?
A site of up to 6 pages is ready in 2 to 3 weeks. A site of up to 15 pages, with listing pages, neighborhood pages and a valuation form, is delivered in stages, each with its own date. Search alerts or a home value tool are quoted separately after the diagnosis.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The monthly plan has a 3-month minimum. The site is paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Combining two monthly plans, such as SEO and social media, gets you 5% off.
Why do I need my own site if buyers search on Zillow and Realtor.com?
On a portal your home for sale sits next to other offices and the lead belongs to the platform. On your own site, buyers see only your inventory, owners can request a valuation and every contact lands in your CRM. The portals keep working alongside it.
Can the site integrate with Follow Up Boss or HubSpot?
Site forms and valuation requests can log each lead in Follow Up Boss or HubSpot with its source. We confirm the exact setup for your account during the diagnosis, and search alerts are a custom build quoted separately.
What do you need from me to start?
Your license details, the homes and photos you want to feature, the neighborhoods you serve, and access to your Google profile, domain and CRM if you already have them.
Want to talk about your brokerage?
Tell us which neighborhoods you serve and where you list today. We reply with a diagnosis and a plan with dates.
