Marketing for B2B SaaS that works to get AI to name you
We work so that when a buyer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google for a tool in your category, your product has what it takes to show up with a clear reason to book the demo, and we measure it every month.
On October 25, 2026 we measured 12 B2B platforms based across the U.S. against 6 basic checks: a meta description, a single main heading (H1), a mobile-friendly layout, a secure connection (HTTPS), Google Analytics and business structured data.
6of 12
Pass all 6 basic checks Miss at least one
4 of 12have no business structured data, one of the signals Google and AI tools use to understand what you do.
10 of 12have no Meta pixel, so they cannot retarget visitors who left without booking a demo.
2 of 12have no Google Analytics or Tag Manager, so they cannot tell which content brings demos.
2 of 12have more than one main heading (H1).

Marketing for B2B SaaS: what your site needs for AI to recommend it
Marketing for B2B SaaS starts with what buyers want to settle before they talk to sales: what the tool does, what it costs, what it connects to and who already uses it. When your site says that clearly, AI engines can read it and cite it.
One page per use case and per industry, written around real questions from prospects.
Pricing or price ranges in view, with what each plan includes.
One page per integration and honest comparisons against your direct competitors.
Open docs and changelog, with structured data so Google and AI tools can read them.
Real reviews on G2 or Capterra linked from the site, collected within each review site’s rules.
The plan
North AI for SaaS: marketing for B2B SaaS, with a published price
SEO and AI visibility in one monthly plan, with a check on how AI names you next to your competitors.
What founders tell us
"We asked ChatGPT for the best tool in our category and it named three competitors. Not us. Prospects show up to the demo with that list already made."
01
Area Survey
We review 20 to 30 products in your category (site, public pricing, reviews, content) and show you where you stand.
02
AI Radar
A monthly check of how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews name you when someone looks for a tool in your category, and who they recommend instead.
03
Plain Report
A monthly report with demos and sign-ups from search, queries won and AI mentions, ending in next month’s decision.
If you leave it as is
In our survey, half of the 12 sites missed at least one basic check and 4 had no business structured data. When buyers build their shortlist with AI, a site that is hard to read is left out before the demo.
If you need something else first
Professional site
Site That Sells
USD 4,500 to 6,500, one time
If your current site holds everything back: a redesign or migration of up to 15 pages, bilingual if needed, built for AI to read.
Zipnova: a logistics platform with a site in the green
For a logistics platform for e-commerce we rebuilt the site with Next.js and headless WordPress with ACF: content is edited in WordPress and the front end runs on Next.js.
Tools that help sell more seats, on and off the site
When a template falls short, we build it. Tools connected to your site or internal panels, so your team stops doing by hand what a system can do.
On the site
Pricing and ROI calculator
Sales answers the same pricing questions by hand
Builds the plan by seats and modules, shows estimated savings and drops the lead into your CRM.
On the site
Integration pages from data
Writing each landing page by hand leaves searches uncovered
Templates that publish one page per integration or alternative from a database.
Off the site
Review sync
Reviews trickle in and never reach the site
Invites all active customers to review you on G2 or Capterra, based on their stage of product usage, and shows the reviews on your site.
Off the site
Metrics dashboard
MRR, churn and pipeline live in spreadsheets and arrive late
An internal dashboard that pulls billing (Stripe), CRM and product data together.
Already built
The Novo Tour package builder
For a travel agency we replaced an expensive booking system with a panel inside WordPress: each trip is added with a form and published with no developer involved. We would apply the same idea to publishing one page per integration or use case from a form.
In the G2 2025 Buyer Behavior Report, nearly 8 in 10 B2B buyers said AI search changed how they research, and 29% start more often on tools like ChatGPT than on Google. A Gartner survey found 67% prefer a rep-free buying experience and 45% used AI in a recent purchase. G2 sells software reviews, so read its numbers with that in mind.
02
Review and subscription rules to respect
The FTC rule on reviews bans fake reviews, including AI-written ones, buying reviews conditioned on a positive or negative sentiment and undisclosed employee reviews. The FTC Click to Cancel rule was vacated in 2025, but subscriptions are still covered by ROSCA, Section 5 of the FTC Act and state auto-renewal laws, so your pricing and cancellation pages need to be clear.
How we work with B2B software teams
We start with how AI sees you today and leave the heavy lifting for when there is data.
1
Diagnosis
In 2 business days we review your site, your technical signals and what ChatGPT and Google answer when someone searches for what you sell.
2
Search map
We map use cases, integrations and comparisons to what people ask at each stage.
3
Content and technical work
We write and publish the pages, fix structured data and connect the site to your CRM.
4
Monthly radar
We track demos, sign-ups and AI mentions, and decide the next step with numbers.
Questions before hiring us
The ones founders and growth teams ask us most.
How much does North AI for SaaS cost?
It runs USD 1,500 to 2,500 per month depending on languages, markets and use cases. We confirm it after the diagnosis, which takes 2 business days and is included.
How do we get ChatGPT and Perplexity to recommend our product?
By publishing what AI needs to recommend you: what you solve, for whom, what it costs, what you integrate with and who uses you, on pages it can read. AI Radar checks every month whether you are named and who is recommended instead. We do not promise a fixed spot in any answer.
Should we publish pricing if we sell to mid-market and enterprise?
Publishing at least a range helps prospects who do not want to talk to sales, and AI can cite it. Enterprise deals can keep a custom plan with its own page.
Can you connect the site to our CRM and app analytics?
Yes. We connect the CRM you already use, such as HubSpot, so you can see which content brings demos and paying customers. If you need something of your own, like a pricing calculator, we quote it separately.
Do you work in Spanish for LATAM-facing products?
Yes. We write English and Spanish in house, and AI Radar can be set up per market.
Is there a minimum term?
The monthly plan has a 3-month minimum. Combining 2 monthly services takes 5% off, and 3 or more takes 7% off.
Want to talk about your product?
Tell us what you solve and who you sell to. We reply with a diagnosis of how AI sees you today and a plan with dates.
