Rebranding
A new logo, palette, typeface and visual language that say professional, adventurous and trustworthy, made to convert as well as to look good.
In travel, trust is decided in the first few seconds. We rebuilt the agency’s entire digital presence, identity, a WordPress + ACF site, SEO and performance, and the conversion rate tripled.

01 – The challenge
Novo Tour competes in a market where design, reputation and search visibility decide the sale. They arrived with a dated site that conveyed none of it: few leads, and a conversion that never closed.
Before and after
Identity
A different logo, palette and typeface on every channel.
One visual system that reads as professional and adventurous at once.
Speed
Slow loading and a layout that did not respond on a phone.
PageSpeed 90+ and Core Web Vitals optimized.
Search
No SEO architecture and no structured data.
+200% organic traffic within a few months.
Conversion
Few inquiries, and forms buried down the page.
Templates built around the inquiry: conversion x3.
02 – What we built
A new logo, palette, typeface and visual language that say professional, adventurous and trustworthy, made to convert as well as to look good.
A fully custom site on Advanced Custom Fields: flexible templates built around clarity and conversion, with the client in full control of the content.
On-page strategy, technical optimization, Core Web Vitals work and structured data, for as much visibility and speed as the site can carry.

04 – The builder underneath
Before we came on, Novo Tour was paying for an expensive, overbuilt booking system meant for agencies far bigger than they are. We replaced it with a package management system built entirely around how they sell trips: every trip is its own record, with a short description for what’s included, a full day-by-day itinerary editor, validity dates, a cover image, a banner image and a photo gallery, plus a destinations taxonomy so packages can be filtered and cross-linked by country and region. Publishing a new trip, a seasonal offer, or a group departure takes their team a single form, with no developer involved. The clean, minimal design around all of this was the client’s own call: they wanted the builder and the information to be correct and fast to use, with nothing flashy competing for attention. The same approach works for any travel agency whose workflow doesn’t fit an off-the-shelf platform: the builder adapts to how you sell.
