Our own survey

We checked 9 attorney websites one by one

In October 2026 we measured 9 independent practices in five U.S. metros against 6 basic checks: a meta description, a single main heading (H1), a mobile-friendly layout, a secure connection (HTTPS), Google Analytics and business structured data.

3of 9
Pass all 6 basic checks Miss at least one
  • 4 of 9have no business structured data, which helps Google and AI tools understand what you handle and where.
  • 3 of 9have no main heading (H1), so search engines get a weaker signal about each page.
  • 2 of 9have no Google Analytics or Tag Manager, so they cannot tell how many inquiries come from the site.
  • 1 of 9is set to noindex, which tells Google not to show the site at all.

Marketing for law firms: what your website needs

Marketing for law firms works when someone with a problem can tell in seconds whether you handle it and what the first step is. People are starting to ask AI tools too: according to the Clio Legal Trends Report 2025, 14% of consumers have already used AI to answer legal questions.

  • One page per practice area (immigration, family, personal injury, estate planning) in plain language, with the documents to have ready.
  • The name and contact information of at least one responsible lawyer, which ABA Model Rule 7.2 requires in every communication, plus a short bio for each member of the team.
  • An intake form that asks for the type of matter and urgency before it reaches your calendar.
  • A Spanish version if part of your clients prefer it.
  • A Google Business Profile with the right category, hours and real photos.

The plan

One plan for law firms, with a published price

A new site and local SEO in one plan, so each practice area has a page ready when someone searches for help with that problem.

What partners tell us

"We get inquiries for matters we do not handle and people looking for a quick opinion. The clients who retain us come from referrals, and we cannot plan around that."

  1. 01

    Area Survey

We review 20 to 30 competitors in your city and case types (website, Google profile, reviews, mobile speed) and show you where you stand.

  2. 02

    Launch Route

A site with one page per practice area, team bios and an intake form, delivered in dated stages.

  3. 03

    Profile That Sells

Google Business Profile with categories, hours, team photos and review replies that never mention a client matter.

  4. 04

    9-Signal Check

Nine basic local presence signals, measured before and after, scored from 0 to 9.

  5. 05

    Plain Report

A monthly report with the inquiries you got, which case type they came from and which searches you won, ending in next month’s decision.

If you leave it as is

In our survey only 3 of 9 sites passed all 6 basic checks, and 4 of 9 had no business structured data. A person with an urgent legal problem contacts the first lawyer who explains their issue clearly.

Todo Service Hogar: 8 services across 59 areas, each page unique

Custom software

Software built around how your team works, on and off the site

When a template falls short, we build it. Tools connected to your site or internal panels, so your team stops doing by hand what a system can do.

  • On the site

    Intake by type of case

Inquiries outside your areas eat hours while good ones go cold

A guided form by type of matter (immigration, family, injury) that asks for documents and routes the inquiry to the right person on your team.

  • On the site

    Paid consultation booking

No-shows at first meetings and informal payment

Online booking that collects the consultation fee through Stripe and sends automatic reminders.

  • Off the site

    Client portal

Daily calls and messages asking how the case is going

A private area with case updates, documents and next steps. During the diagnosis we check how to pull the data from Clio or MyCase.

  • Off the site

    Deadline dashboard

Court deadlines tracked in spreadsheets or personal calendars

An internal board that gathers deadlines from every matter and alerts whoever is in charge.

Already built

The Novo Tour package builder

For a travel agency we replaced an expensive booking system with a panel inside WordPress: each trip is added with a form and published with no developer involved. The same logic lets your team add each matter type and attorney bio with a form, and it appears in the right place on the site.

Every build is quoted on scope after the diagnosis. A full site with custom features starts at USD 10,000.

Tell us what to automate

Marketing for law firms under bar advertising rules

ABA Model Rule 7.1 bars false or misleading communications about a lawyer’s services, including those that leave out facts needed to make them accurate. Rule 7.2 bans paying anyone for recommending you, limits the word “specialist” to certified attorneys and requires the name and contact information of at least one responsible lawyer. That is why our fees are fixed, never tied to how many cases you sign.

States add their own rules. The Florida Bar exempts law firm websites from its filing requirement, but other ads must be filed for review, and ads in another language need an English translation. In Arizona, ER 7.1 rules out guarantees and requires a notice that past results may vary. And the FTC rule on reviews bans fake or AI-generated reviews. We build the site without outcome promises, and you or your ethics counsel sign off before launch.

How we work with law practices

We start with what is costing you inquiries today and leave the heavy lifting for when there is data.

  1. Diagnosis

In 2 business days we review your site, your Google profile and what a person sees when searching for help in your areas of law.

  2. Areas and content

We define which practice areas to feature, what questions each page answers and what the intake form asks.

  3. Site and profile

We build or redesign the site, connect the intake form and complete your Google Business Profile, with your sign-off before launch.

  4. Monthly measurement

We count inquiries, which case type they came from and which searches you won, then decide the next step with numbers.

Questions before hiring us

The ones partners and solo practitioners ask us.

How much does the plan cost for my firm?

The site costs USD 4,500 to 6,500, paid once, and local SEO costs USD 900 to 1,400 per month. If you are going solo, you can start with Launch from USD 2,000. We confirm the final number after the diagnosis, which takes 2 business days and is included.

How long does the site take?

A site of up to 6 pages is ready in 2 to 3 weeks. A site of up to 15 pages, bilingual if you need it, is delivered in stages, each with its own date.

Is there a minimum commitment?

The monthly plan has a 3-month minimum, so you get three Plain Reports to decide with data. The site is paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Combining two monthly plans gets you 5% off.

Can I show case results and client testimonials?

Rule 7.1 bars misleading communications, Arizona requires a notice that past results may vary, and the FTC bans fake reviews. Rules differ by state, so we leave case results and testimonials out unless your bar allows them and you approve the wording.

What do you need from me to start?

The matters you take, each attorney’s bar admission and bio, your hours, and access to your Google profile and domain if you already have them. With that we prepare the diagnosis and the delivery plan.

Can the site connect to Clio or MyCase?

The public site does not need to touch your practice management software. If you want intake to land in Clio or MyCase, or a portal that shows case status, we review it during the diagnosis and quote it as custom development.
