Dental marketing that fills open chairs

We work so that the patient who searches for a cleaning or an emergency visit on Google, or asks an AI, finds your office, sees that you take their insurance and books from their phone, in English or Spanish. And we measure it every month.

For offices already seeing patients that want more new-patient visits

Our own survey

Dental marketing: what we found on 13 U.S. websites

On October 25, 2026 we checked 13 independent websites in Miami-Dade, Houston, Los Angeles, San Antonio and Phoenix one by one. The 6 basic checks are a meta description, a single main heading (H1), a mobile-friendly layout, a secure connection (HTTPS), Google Analytics or Tag Manager, and business structured data.

4of 13
Pass all 6 basic checks Miss at least one
  • 6 of 13have no business structured data, which helps Google and AI tools understand which treatments you offer and where.
  • 7 of 13have no Google Analytics or Tag Manager, so they can’t tell how many bookings come from the site.
  • 6 of 13have no tap-to-call link for visitors on a phone.
  • 2 of 13are set to noindex, which tells Google not to show them at all.

What a dentist website needs to book more visits

Dental marketing starts with what the patient is looking for: a treatment, an insurance plan and an open slot, often in pain and on a phone. So the site is organized by treatment and by provider, with booking one tap away.

  • One page per treatment (cleanings, emergencies, orthodontics, implants) with who provides it and where, with no promised results.
  • Every provider with their credentials, and “specialist in” only where it applies, as the ADA code asks.
  • Insurance accepted, listed and searchable, updated when contracts change.
  • Booking from the phone: a button on every page, connected to the software you already use (Dentrix or similar) or to a secure request form.
  • A full Spanish version when your patients need it. We write both languages in house.

The plan

Booked Practice: the dental marketing plan for independent practices

A new website and local SEO in one plan, with a page for each treatment worked for searches in your area.

What practice managers tell us

“Patients text us to ask if we take their insurance, we book every visit by hand and we still have empty chairs every week.”

  1. 01

    Area Survey

We review 20 to 30 offices in your area (website, Google profile, reviews, mobile speed) and show you where you stand.

  2. 02

    Launch Route

A new site with one page per treatment, insurance and booking, delivered in stages with dates.

  3. 03

    Profile That Sells

The Google Business Profile of each location: categories, treatments, emergency hours, photos and review replies with no health information.

  4. 04

    9-Signal Check

The nine basic local presence signals, measured before and after, scored from 0 to 9.

  5. 05

    Plain Report

A monthly report in plain language: calls, bookings from the site and searches won, ending with next month’s decision.

If you leave it as is

Only 4 of the 13 sites we checked passed all 6 basic checks, and 2 told Google not to index them. Every patient who can’t find your insurance or a booking button on the phone books down the street.

Todo Service Hogar: a neighborhood business found in 59 areas

Custom software

Custom tools for your clinic, on and off the site

When a template falls short, we build it. Tools connected to your site or internal panels, so your staff stops doing by hand what a system can do.

  • On the site

    Booking by treatment and provider

Visits booked by phone and text, with open slots nobody fills

Patients pick a cleaning, an emergency or an ortho consult and see each provider’s real availability, synced with your schedule.

  • On the site

    Insurance checker

The front desk answers “do you take my plan?” all day

Patients pick their insurer and plan and see whether you accept it. Your staff updates it from a form.

  • Off the site

    Recall reminders

No-shows and patients who never come back for their checkup

An SMS or email reminder the day before, plus a nudge when the six-month cleaning is due, sent through vendors that sign a BAA.

  • Off the site

    Treatment estimate builder

Estimates in Word or on paper, with no idea which ones were accepted

Your provider builds a phased estimate with a payment plan and sends it as a PDF to sign.

Already built

The Novo Tour package builder

For a travel agency we replaced an expensive booking system with a panel inside WordPress: each trip is added with a form and published with no developer involved. With the same idea, your staff adds treatments, providers and insurance plans on their own.

Every build is quoted on scope after the diagnosis. A full site with custom features starts at USD 10,000.

Tell us what to automate

What you can and cannot publish in dentistry

Section 5.F of the ADA Code of Professional Conduct says dentists shall not advertise in a way that is false or misleading in any material respect, and 5.H covers how to announce a specialty. The HHS guidance on HIPAA requires a patient’s written authorization before their health information is used for marketing. The FTC rule on reviews bans buying fake reviews and rewards conditioned on a positive or negative sentiment.

Tracking needs care too: the HHS bulletin on online tracking warns that pixels on patient portal pages generally access protected health information, and that a cookie banner is not a HIPAA authorization. We keep ad pixels off those pages.

How patients choose a dentist

According to the CDC, 66.7% of U.S. adults had an exam or cleaning at the dentist in the past year (2025 data). The Bureau of Labor Statistics counted about 161,400 dentist jobs in 2025, 78% of them in dentist offices: most patients choose among small independent practices nearby. And 19.5% of the U.S. population was Hispanic in 2023, per the Census Bureau, which is why we offer a Spanish version.

How we work with independent dentists

We start with what is costing you visits today and leave the heavy lifting for when there is data.

  1. Diagnosis

In 2 business days we review your site, your Google profiles and how someone who needs a visit finds you from a phone.

  2. Treatments and insurance

We map the pages you need, with the provider and insurance for each treatment, within ADA, HIPAA and FTC rules.

  3. Site and profiles

We build or redesign the site, connect booking and set up each location on Google.

  4. Monthly measurement

We count calls, bookings and searches won, and decide the next step with numbers.

Questions before hiring us

The ones owners and front desk teams ask us most.

How much does the plan for a dentist cost?

Booked Practice combines a site of USD 4,500 to 6,500, paid once, with local SEO at USD 900 to 1,400 per month. The final figure depends on locations, providers and treatments, and we confirm it after the diagnosis, which is included and takes 2 business days.

How long until we rank for “dentist near me”?

The site is delivered in stages with dates, and the Google profile gets fixed in the first month. Rankings depend on competition in your area, which is why the monthly plan has a 3-month minimum and every report shows progress with numbers.

Can you connect booking to our practice software?

Yes. We link Dentrix or the scheduling you already use, or set up a secure booking request form. If you need something of your own, we quote it after the diagnosis.

Will the site and forms be HIPAA compliant?

Contact forms ask for the minimum, run on vendors that sign a BAA and send no health details to marketing tools, and we keep pixels off patient portal pages, following the HHS tracking guidance. Health history stays in your practice software, not on the website.

How do you get more Google reviews without breaking FTC rules?

We ask every patient the same way, with no reward tied to a good rating and no filtering of unhappy ones, as the FTC rule requires. We reply to reviews with no health information.

Can you build a bilingual English and Spanish site?

Yes. We write both languages in house, so your Spanish pages read naturally to your patients and rank for searches in Spanish.

Want to talk about your schedule?

Tell us how many locations and providers you have and what scheduling software you use. We reply with a diagnosis and a plan with dates.
