Chapter 1
An ordinary Monday on your job site.
You’re on site by 7 AM and the phone never stops. But by evening, the next few months are still wide open.
-
7:45 AMVoicemail Hi, my neighbor gave me your number. We want to redo our kitchen.
You’re up on a roof. You call back at 12:30 PM and get voicemail. She looked you up, found little and called someone else.
-
10:30 AMWebsite form Ballpark, what does a full bathroom remodel cost?
Nobody can price it without seeing it. You offer a site visit. He was collecting three bids anyway.
-
1:15 PMLead site Looking for someone to repair our deck this month.
You paid for this lead, and so did other pros. By the time you call, two of them already have.
-
4:30 PMText Are you licensed and insured? Our last contractor walked off the job.
You text back a few phone photos. No dates, no addresses. He isn’t convinced.
-
6:30 PMEnd of day 4 inquiries that went cold or went elsewhere.
Tomorrow starts the same way.
None of them were bad clients. Someone else earned their trust first.
Chapter 2
Meanwhile, on the other side of the screen.
Jennifer is 44, lives in a house built in the 90s and wants a new kitchen before the holidays. She’s heard too many horror stories. This is how she looks for you:
She searches on GoogleFrom the kitchen table, at 9:15 PM. She sees three contractors nearby.
She opens your siteShe looks for finished kitchens and proof you’re licensed. She finds neither.
She goes backThe company down the street shows kitchens like hers and asks for the details to quote. You never hear about it.

Chapter 3
The same night, with your new site.
Jennifer runs the same search. This time, your site shows her what she needed to trust you.
She finds you for what she needsShe lands on your kitchen remodel page, not your home page.
She gets her answersShe sees kitchens like hers, your license and a ballpark range. She knows what to expect.
She requests an estimate at 9:48 PMIt arrives with the type of job, location and photos. In the morning, from the site, you know if it’s worth the visit.

That’s what we do: the homeowner who searches at night ends up on your estimate calendar, not the one down the street.

Marketing for contractors that brings quote requests for real projects
Referrals come and go, and lead sites sell the same homeowner to several pros. We build your new site and work your Google profile so homeowners see your finished work, trust you and request an estimate with the details you need.

What contractors tell us.
What we hear from builders and remodelers, and what a new site changes.
-
“Everything comes from referrals, and when they dry up, so does the work”
What it costs youIn a roofing survey, 73% of homeowners look for a roofer by referral first, but 54% also use search engines (Roofing Contractor, 2023 data).
What changes with your new sitePages for each type of job and area, for people searching without a referral, and a site that confirms what the referred homeowner heard. It adds a channel you own. -
“Homeowners don’t trust contractors, and I pay for the ones who walked off jobs”
What it costs youExtra meetings, reference checks and requests for license and insurance proof before anyone signs.
What changes with your new siteFinished jobs with dates and before and after photos, your license number and insurance in view, and real Google reviews next to the work. -
“I pay for leads that go to five other contractors too”
What it costs youYou pay for the lead even when the homeowner never answers or hires someone else.
What changes with your new siteHomeowners who find you on Google come straight to you, with no one splitting the lead. It takes months, but it doesn’t switch off when you stop paying. -
“I spend hours bidding for people who only compare price”
What it costs you94% of homeowners in the same survey say they get up to three quotes (Roofing Contractor, 2024), and every unpaid site visit eats your evening.
What changes with your new siteTypical ranges by type of job and a form that asks for size, location, timeline and photos. Fewer empty inquiries.

Marketing for contractors: questions before you hire us
The ones owners of building and remodeling companies ask most.
How much does it cost?
We set the price after the diagnosis, which is included and takes 2 business days, based on your types of work and service areas. The site is billed 50% up front and 50% on delivery, and the monthly plan has a 3-month minimum.
All my work comes from referrals. Do I need this?
Keep them coming. A referred homeowner still looks you up before calling, and a site with no finished jobs makes them hesitate. The site confirms what they heard.
SEO takes too long and I need work now. Is it worth it?
It’s true that Google takes months. Your profile and reviews move sooner, and the site is there so you don’t always depend on paid leads or referrals.
Do I need my license number on the site?
In some states, yes: Florida requires it in every ad, bid and contract. We put it on every page and check your state’s rule during the diagnosis. Review requests carry no rewards, as the FTC requires.
How long does it take?
A new site or a redesign of your current one takes about a month, depending on how many jobs and areas you show. If you want to start simple, our Launch site is ready in 2 to 3 weeks.
Will it work with the software we already use?
Estimate requests can go to your email or into the CRM you already use, tagged by type of job. Connecting to tools like Buildertrend depends on what each one allows, and we confirm it in the diagnosis. A custom system is quoted separately.
Do you also build custom software?
Yes: a client portal with progress and payments, a mobile job log for daily reports and photos, or a cost dashboard against the estimate. That’s a separate conversation and a separate quote, apart from the site.
