Chapter 1
An ordinary Saturday at your clinic.
Exams, vaccines, food sales at the counter and the phone ringing nonstop. By evening, Monday’s schedule still has gaps.
-
9:15 AMVoicemail Hi, my new puppy needs his shots. How much is a first visit?
Your front desk is checking in a dog with a cut paw. They call back after 11 AM. She already booked elsewhere.
-
11:30 AMWebsite form How much to spay a cat? I’m calling around.
The estimate goes out in the afternoon, without saying what it includes. It looks high, so she books somewhere else.
-
1:40 PMMissed call My dog ate something and keeps throwing up. Can you see him now?
Both lines are busy. He searches “vet open now near me” and drives to the first one.
-
5:00 PMAt the front desk I’ll skip the checkup this year. He seems fine.
The dog leaves without his annual exam. Nothing reminds the owner when it’s due.
-
6:00 PMEnd of day 4 visits lost to another clinic or put off today.
Monday starts the same way.
None of them were bad clients. They just found someone who answered first.
Chapter 2
Meanwhile, on the other side of the screen.
Emily is 29 and just adopted a puppy. She has no idea which shots he needs or what they cost. Tonight she wants it sorted. This is how she looks for you:
She searches on GoogleFrom the couch, puppy on her lap, at 10:30 PM. She sees three clinics nearby.
She opens your siteShe wants the vaccine schedule and a rough price. She finds a phone number that won’t answer until Monday.
She goes backThe clinic down the street answers everything and lets her book. You never hear about it.

Chapter 3
The same night, with your new site.
Emily runs the same search. This time, everything she needed is on your site.
She finds you for what she needsShe lands on your puppy vaccines page, not your home page.
She gets her answersShe sees which shots he needs, a starting price and the vet who owns the clinic. No need to call.
She books at 10:56 PMFrom the couch, straight into your schedule. Your front desk sees it Monday morning.

That’s what we do: the pet owner who searches at night ends up in your schedule, not the clinic down the street.

Veterinary marketing for the independent clinic owners trust
Owners skip checkups until something goes wrong, compare prices before they call and drift to the corporate clinic. We build your new site and work your Google profile so local pet owners find you, know what to expect and book.

Sound familiar?
What clinic owners tell us.
What we hear from independent vets, and what a new site changes.
-
“Visits are down: owners skip checkups until it’s too late”
What it costs youAmong dog owners, skipping vet visits because the pet “did not need a checkup” rose from 12.3% to 22.8%, and average spending per household fell 7% (AVMA, 2024).
What changes with your new sitePages people actually search for, like puppy vaccine schedules or when to spay, with booking one tap away. Automatic reminders are a separate system. -
“Clients think we’re expensive and the front desk takes the heat”
What it costs you“Lately, social media seems abuzz with folks complaining about the high cost of veterinary care” (Veterinary Viewfinder, 2024).
What changes with your new siteWhat each visit includes and “starting at” ranges for vaccines, spays and checkups. Owners who know what to expect argue less. -
“The phones never stop and new clients give up”
What it costs you“Now we have less staff, less vets and more pets,” one Minnesota vet said back in 2021 (CCX Media, 2021), and new clients who can’t get through try the next clinic.
What changes with your new siteA page with what people ask most (hours, emergencies, starting prices, what to bring) and a booking button. Fewer repeat calls for your team. -
“Corporate groups keep buying the clinics around me”
What it costs youClients notice when “the nurse they always liked is not there,” one independent owner told 5280 (2022), and many go looking for a local vet.
What changes with your new siteYour team with names and faces, the clinic’s story and the services a chain can’t match. In Spanish too, where your clients speak it.

How we work with independent vet clinics
Three steps, with dates.
Diagnosis in 2 days
We review your site, your Google profile and the clinics near you, and tell you what’s losing you visits. Included in the plan.
New site or redesign in about a month
A page per service, your hours and starting prices in plain sight and booking one tap away. It stays in your name.
Every month, on Google
We work your profile and your pages, and show you the bookings, calls and requests the site brought in.
A real case
Todo Service Hogar: a neighborhood business people find in 59 areas
For an in-home repair service in Buenos Aires we built a page for each service in each neighborhood: 8 services across 59 areas. The same base would give each of your services a page for the neighborhoods your clients come from.

Monthly bookings and calls from the site, kept apart from ads, with next month’s decision.
Every owner who can’t find your hours or prices on a phone goes to the first clinic on the map, and the skipped checkup comes back as an emergency.
Veterinary marketing: questions before you hire us
The ones clinic owners and practice managers ask most.
How much does it cost?
We set the price after the diagnosis, which is included and takes 2 business days, based on your services, locations and emergency care. The site is billed 50% up front and 50% on delivery, and the monthly plan has a 3-month minimum.
We already post on Facebook and Instagram. Do we need this?
Social works for people who already follow you. Someone who just moved in, or whose dog is sick at 11 PM, searches on Google Maps.
Corporate clinics have big marketing budgets. Can we compete?
Locally, the clinic that wins is often the one with a complete profile on the neighborhood map and real reviews, not the one that spends the most. Being locally owned is something to show, not hide.
Does a vet website need to follow HIPAA?
No: HIPAA covers human patients, not pets. Many states do have rules on keeping veterinary records confidential, so site forms only ask for what’s needed and records stay in your practice software. Review requests carry no rewards, as the FTC requires.
How long does it take?
A new site or a redesign of your current one takes about a month, depending on its size. A small clinic that needs something simpler can start with our Launch site, ready in 2 to 3 weeks.
Will it work with our practice software?
Yes. The booking button links to the online scheduling in the software you use, like ezyVet, or to a booking request form. A custom system is quoted separately.
Do you also build custom software?
Yes: automatic vaccine reminders based on each pet’s record, monthly wellness plans with recurring billing or a portal where owners get updates on a hospitalized pet. That’s a separate conversation and a separate quote, apart from the site.
