Chapter 1
An ordinary Thursday at your pharmacy.
The counter never slows down. But by evening, people who needed a pharmacy like yours went somewhere else.
-
8:40 AMVoicemail Hi, do you take my Medicare Part D plan?
Your pharmacist is working through the morning rush. The call back at 11 AM goes to voicemail.
-
10:15 AMMissed call My pharmacy closed. Can I move my prescriptions to you?
Both lines are busy. She transfers everything to the chain across town.
-
12:30 PMEmail Do you give flu shots without an appointment?
Nobody sees the email until the afternoon. He already got his shot at a grocery store pharmacy.
-
3:30 PMAt the counter That copay is too much. I’ll come back next week.
You check for a cheaper generic. He takes part of the fill and says he’ll be back.
-
7:00 PMEnd of day 11 calls and voicemails not returned.
Tomorrow starts the same way.
None of them were bad patients. They just found another pharmacy first.
Chapter 2
Meanwhile, on the other side of the screen.
Linda is 66. Her pharmacy just closed, and she has three prescriptions to refill this month. This is how she looks for you:
She searches on GoogleFrom her kitchen table, at 9:40 PM. She sees three pharmacies nearby.
She opens your siteShe wants two answers: whether you take her plan and how to transfer. She finds neither.
She goes backThe pharmacy across town explains the transfer and takes her plan. You never hear about it.

Chapter 3
The same night, with your new site.
Linda runs the same search. This time, everything she needed is on your site.
She finds you for what she needsShe lands on your transfer page, not your home page.
She gets her answersShe sees her plan, the pharmacist who owns the store and how easy the move is. She feels looked after.
She requests it at 9:52 PMThrough your pharmacy system’s secure request tool, never a plain email form. Your team sees it in the morning.

That’s what we do: the patient whose pharmacy just closed ends up at your counter, not at the chain across town.

Marketing for independent pharmacies for the patients the chains leave behind
Chains are closing stores and their patients are looking for someone they can trust. We build your new site and work your Google profile so they find you, see your services and move their prescriptions to you.

Sound familiar?
What pharmacy owners tell us.
What we hear from independent pharmacists, and what a new site changes.
-
“We lose money on a lot of the prescriptions we fill”
What it costs you40.8% of independent pharmacists say they’re paid below cost on more than 40% of their Medicare Part D prescriptions (NCPA, 2025).
What changes with your new siteThe site won’t change what PBMs pay, and we won’t pretend it does. It pushes the cash-pay side: clinical services, compounding, vaccines and front-store products. -
“The chains closed, but their patients don’t know we’re here”
What it costs youWalgreens planned more than 1,200 closures by the end of 2025 and Rite Aid closed every store (RxAAP, 2025).
What changes with your new siteA clear transfer page, in English and Spanish, and a Google profile ready for “pharmacy near me” searches. -
“Nobody knows everything we do besides fill prescriptions”
What it costs you93% of independents give flu shots and 73% check blood pressure (NCPA, 2025), yet it rarely shows up when someone searches “flu shot near me.”
What changes with your new siteA page for each service, with hours and how to get it, and those services listed on your Google profile. -
“The phone rings all day with questions a web page could answer”
What it costs youEvery call about hours or plans pulls your pharmacist away from the counter.
What changes with your new siteHours, plans accepted and common questions in plain sight, and a refill button that goes to your pharmacy system’s secure tool.

How we work with independent pharmacies
Three steps, with dates.
Diagnosis in 2 days
We review your site, your Google profile and the pharmacies and chains near you, and tell you where patients slip away. Included in the plan.
New site or redesign in about a month
Your services, plans accepted and transfer page in plain sight, and a call button one tap away. It stays in your name.
Every month, on Google
We work your profile and your pages, and show you the calls, transfer requests and directions requests the site brought in.
A real case
Todo Service Hogar: a neighborhood business people find in 59 areas
For an in-home repair service in Buenos Aires we built a page for each service in each neighborhood: 8 services across 59 areas. The same base would give each of your locations and services its own page.

Marketing for independent pharmacies: questions before you hire us
The ones pharmacist-owners ask most.
How much does it cost?
We set the price after the diagnosis, which is included and takes 2 business days, based on your locations and services. The site is billed 50% up front and 50% on delivery, and the monthly plan has a 3-month minimum.
Most of my patients are regulars. Do I need this?
Your regulars know you. The patient whose chain just closed, or who needs a flu shot tonight, decides on Google Maps, and that’s where you compete with the store down the street.
We already have the app from our pharmacy software. Isn’t that enough?
Keep it. The site doesn’t replace it: it makes you findable and sends people searching “pharmacy near me” or “transfer prescription” straight to it.
Will the site follow HIPAA?
Refill and transfer requests go through your pharmacy system’s secure tools or a vendor that signs a BAA, never a plain email form, and no ad tracking runs on those pages. Refill reminders are allowed under HIPAA’s marketing rules.
How long does it take?
A new site or a redesign of your current one takes about a month, depending on its size. A single store that needs something simpler can start with our Launch site, ready in 2 to 3 weeks.
Will it work with PioneerRx or Digital Pharmacist?
Yes. The refill and transfer buttons lead to the secure tools in PioneerRx, Liberty, PrimeRx or Digital Pharmacist when you have them. A deeper integration is quoted separately.
Do you also build custom software?
Yes: a front-store shop synced to your inventory, a delivery panel with zones and time slots, or vaccine scheduling with consent forms. That’s a separate conversation and a separate quote, apart from the site.
