Tonight she types “bridal makeup artist near me” and decides in a minute who to message. We help her choose you.

Chapter 1
An ordinary Saturday in wedding season.
You start at 5 AM with a bride and your phone never stops. By night, next June still has the same open dates.
-
6:45 AMInstagram DM Hi! How much for bridal makeup?
You’re doing a bride’s makeup. You send your rate at 1 PM. Seen, no reply.
-
9:30 AMWedding site inbox Does that include a trial and hair? Is there a travel fee?
You answer in a long message. She books someone whose quote looked lower and listed nothing.
-
12:10 PMText Can you hold June 14 for me? I’ll confirm next week.
No deposit, but you hold it anyway. A week later she’s booked another artist.
-
3:30 PMAt the wedding I love it! I’ll leave you a review later.
She posts it in a story that’s gone in 24 hours. Nothing lands on Google.
-
9:30 PMEnd of day 18 messages still unanswered.
Tomorrow starts the same way.
None of them were bad clients. Someone else just answered first.
Chapter 2
Meanwhile, on the other side of the screen.
Ashley is 29, getting married in June and wants a makeup artist who comes to her, with a trial first. This is how she looks for you:
She searches on GoogleFrom bed, at 11 PM, with her wedding spreadsheet open. She sees three options.
She opens your siteShe wants two answers: what the bridal service includes and how to book her date. She finds neither.
She goes backThe artist next door shows what’s included and the deposit, and lets her check the date. You never hear about it.

Chapter 3
The same night, with your new site.
Ashley runs the same search. This time, everything she needed is on your site.
She finds you for what she needsShe lands on your bridal page, not your home page.
She gets her answersShe sees your bridal portfolio, what’s included and what costs extra. No need to ask.
She reaches out at 11:20 PMWith date, place, start time and party size. In the morning you send the quote and the deposit link.

That’s what we do: the bride who searches at night lands in your calendar with her date and details, not in another artist’s inbox.

Marketing for makeup artists that turns “how much?” into booked dates
Brides message two or three artists at once, get a price and vanish, while all your work lives on Instagram. We build your new site and your content so they reach out knowing what’s included, what it costs and how to book.

What makeup artists tell us.
What we hear from bridal and event artists, and what a new site changes.
-
“They ask my price and disappear”
What it costs youLosing a client before the deposit “happens to nearly every new makeup artist,” and brides often message “two or three artists simultaneously” (Online Makeup Academy, 2026).
What changes with your new siteA bridal page and an events page with what’s included, a starting rate, how booking works and the deposit, plus a form that asks for date, location and party size. -
“They compare my price and never see what’s included”
What it costs you“Scope creep on the day of an event is one of the most common sources of client conflict” (Online Makeup Academy, 2026).
What changes with your new siteEach service with what’s included and what’s extra: travel, trial, early start, bridesmaids. The comparison stops being about one number. -
“My best reviews are lost in Instagram stories”
What it costs youCouples want to see “at least five recent reviews” before they reach out (WeddingPro, 2025).
What changes with your new siteA Google profile with reviews you ask for after every wedding, and testimonials with photos, with permission, on your site. Review requests carry no rewards, per the FTC. -
“Clients ask me to hold the date without a deposit”
What it costs youWithout a deposit, a client has “no real incentive to show up, not book another artist, or not simply disappear” (Online Makeup Academy, 2026).
What changes with your new siteA clear policy page, with deposit, cancellation and travel, that you send before quoting. You stop explaining it every time.
Our own review
We checked 12 makeup artist websites: here is what a bride sees
On November 4, 2026 we opened 12 U.S. makeup artist websites and noted what a bride looking for an artist finds.
- 6 of 12show no prices, not even a starting rate, so every inquiry starts with “how much?”.
- 10 of 12show reviews or testimonials: without them, you stand out for the wrong reason.
- 9 of 12have no inquiry form that asks for date, location and party size.

How we work with makeup artists
Three steps, with dates.
Diagnosis in 2 days
We review your site, your Instagram, your Google profile and the artists near you, and tell you where inquiries slip away. Included in the plan.
New site or redesign in about a month
Your portfolio by type of work, what each service includes and date requests one tap away. It stays in your name.
Every month, on Google and Instagram
We create and post your content, work your Google profile and show you the inquiries and booked dates each channel brought in.
A real case
Verigoodlife: a store that takes payment and delivers on its own
We rebuilt the store of a health and nutrition coaching brand. What people buy is paid for and delivered with no manual steps: the same base we would use for your deposits or your online classes.

One plan
Marketing for makeup artists, in one plan
A new site and monthly content so brides find you beyond Instagram and reach out ready to book.
What you’re after“Brides who reach out knowing what’s included and ready to put down a deposit.”
- 01
Area Survey
We review 20 to 30 artists near you and show you what they tell brides that you don’t yet.
- 02
Launch Route
Your new site, with your portfolio by type of work, what each service includes and date requests, delivered in stages with dates.
- 03
Profile That Sells
Your Google profile with your service area, services, photos and review replies: what a bride nearby checks first.
- 04
Plain Report
Each month, inquiries and booked dates, where they came from and next month’s decision.
Every bride who can’t tell what your service includes messages two other artists too, and the date goes to whoever answers first.
Marketing for makeup artists: questions before you hire us
The ones artists and studio owners ask most.
How much does it cost?
We set the price after the diagnosis, which is included and takes 2 business days, based on your services and the content you want each month. The site is billed 50% up front and 50% on delivery, and the monthly plan has a 3-month minimum.
My clients find me on Instagram. Why do I need a website?
Your followers do. The bride who searches “bridal makeup artist near me” on Google or asks ChatGPT for a recommendation never reaches your Instagram. The site doesn’t replace it: it fills the gap.
I don’t want to post my prices.
You don’t need a price list. A starting rate or a clear list of what each service includes is enough: the goal is messages from brides who already know what they want.
Can I post photos of my clients?
Yes, with a signed photo release, which we set up as a simple form for the day of the service. And when you ask for reviews, you offer nothing in return, per the FTC.
How long does it take?
A new site or a redesign of your current one takes about a month, depending on its size, for example if you add classes with sign-ups. If you want to start simple, the Launch site in the plan is ready in 2 to 3 weeks. Content starts in the first month.
Will it work with Vagaro, GlossGenius or Booksy?
Yes. The booking button leads to the tool you already use, and the deposit goes through it or a payment link. A custom quote builder is quoted separately.
Do you also build custom software?
Yes: a bridal quote builder with online deposits, a public availability calendar synced to your Google Calendar or a platform for your classes. That’s a separate conversation and a separate quote, apart from the site.
