Chapter 1
An ordinary Friday across your locations.
The lunch rush is strong and the delivery tablets keep beeping. But by closing, the margin is thinner than it should be.
-
11:52 AMMissed call Hi, is your Main Street store open on Monday for the holiday?
The crew is buried in the lunch rush. Google still shows regular hours, so he plans lunch somewhere else.
-
1:15 PMWebsite form Do you deliver yourselves, or only through the apps?
The form lands in a general inbox at the main office. By evening she has ordered through an app.
-
6:40 PMGoogle Maps It says open till 10 PM. Why are the lights off?
That store changed its hours last month, but the old ones are still on Google. He leaves a one-star review.
-
8:10 PMDelivery app I’ll just use the app. My card is already saved.
She has been a regular for three years. The app keeps the fee and her email. You don’t know who she is.
-
10:00 PMEnd of day 4 orders that went to an app or another brand.
Next Friday starts the same way.
None of them stopped liking your food. They just found an easier way to order first.
Chapter 2
Meanwhile, on the other side of the screen.
Mike is 31, has friends coming over and wants tacos for pickup. This is how he looks for you:
He searches on GoogleFrom the couch, at 8:20 PM. He sees three taco places nearby.
He opens your siteHe wants to know if the store across town is open and order for pickup. He can do neither.
He goes backThe place next door shows its hours and takes his order in two taps. You never hear about it.

Chapter 3
The same night, with your new site.
Mike runs the same search. This time, the store near him answers everything.
He finds the store he needsHe lands on the page for the closest location, not your home page.
He gets his answersHe sees it’s open, the menu with prices and that he can order direct, with no app in between.
He orders at 8:42 PMThe order lands in your system with his name and email. Next time, you tell him about the new location yourself.

That’s what we do: the regular who searches on a Friday night ends up at your counter, not the one next door.

Restaurant chain marketing with more direct orders at every location
Delivery apps take a cut of every order, and each store shows up differently on Google. We build your new site with a page per location, so regulars find the closest one and order from you.

What restaurant chain owners tell us.
What we hear from multi-unit food brands, and what a new site changes.
-
“Delivery apps take a big cut of every order”
What it costs youThat fee comes out of every app order, at every store, every day, even though most guests in a 2025 survey said they’d rather order delivery straight from the restaurant (Restaurant Dive, 2025).
What changes with your new siteA site with direct ordering for each location, for guests who already know your brand. The apps keep bringing new guests; the goal is for regulars to order from you. -
“We don’t know our guests: the apps keep the data”
What it costs youYou can’t tell past guests about a new store or a promo. As one ordering platform CEO put it, the brand gets zero data about who that guest is.
What changes with your new siteEvery order on your site is a guest with a name and an email. That’s the base for your own promos and loyalty. -
“Every location looks different on Google: wrong hours, old phone numbers”
What it costs youGuests show up to a closed store, leave a bad review and call a number nobody answers.
What changes with your new siteA page per location with address, hours, menu and ordering, matched to its Google profile so both say the same thing. -
“We open a new store and nobody knows it’s there for months”
What it costs youMonths of rent and payroll while the new profile starts with zero reviews.
What changes with your new siteThe new store gets its page on opening day, linked from your brand. It won’t guarantee sales, but it shortens the time until people find it.
Our own review
We checked 6 restaurant chain websites: here is what a guest sees
On November 4, 2026 we opened six U.S. restaurant chain websites and noted what a guest finds on a phone. It’s a small sample, so these are counts, not percentages.
- 3 siteshad no way to order or reserve online.
- 5 sitesshowed no menu prices, so guests open an app to see what things cost.
- 3 siteshad no tap-to-call button for guests on a phone.

How we work with multi-unit food brands
Three steps, with dates.
Diagnosis in 2 days
We review your site, every store’s Google profile and the brands near you, and tell you where orders are slipping away. Included in the plan.
New site or redesign in about a month
A page per location, the menu in plain sight and direct ordering one tap away. It stays in your name.
Every month, on Google
We work every store’s profile and page, and show you the orders, calls and direction requests the site brought in, location by location.
A real case
Todo Service Hogar: 59 areas, each with its own page
For an in-home repair service in Buenos Aires we built a page for each service in each neighborhood: 8 services across 59 areas, each with its own content. It’s the same base we would use to give each of your stores its own page.

Restaurant chain marketing: questions before you hire us
The ones owners, franchisors and marketing directors ask most.
How much does it cost?
We set the price after the diagnosis, which is included and takes 2 business days, based on how many locations you have. The site is billed 50% up front and 50% on delivery, and the monthly plan has a 3-month minimum.
We already use an online ordering platform. Why a new site?
The platform handles checkout. The site is what shows up on Google for each store and leads to that checkout, so the two work together.
The apps bring us volume. Do we have to drop them?
No. The apps keep bringing new guests. The goal is for regulars who already know you to order direct, and we track that by location.
Do our menus and online ordering need calorie information?
Under the FDA menu labeling rule, yes, once you are a chain of 20 or more locations with the same name and menu. Below that it isn’t required, but we can leave the pages ready for it.
How long does it take?
A new site or a redesign of your current one takes about a month, depending on how many locations you have. If you want to start simple, our Launch site is ready in 2 to 3 weeks.
Will it work with the ordering system we already use?
Yes. Each store’s order button links to your current system, such as Toast or Olo, or to that store’s page on each app. A custom system is quoted separately.
Do you also build custom software?
Yes: a central menu with prices by area, a franchisee portal or a multi-store ordering system with your own delivery zones. That’s a separate conversation and a separate quote, apart from the site.
