Chapter 1
An ordinary Monday in your DMs.
Monday is when everyone wants to start. You train clients, film, reply. By night, your client list hasn’t changed.
-
6:45 AMInstagram DM Hey! Info on your coaching?
You’re with an in-person client. You reply at 10:00 AM with a long voice note. Seen, no reply.
-
9:20 AMText How much is it? Monthly or all upfront?
You send the three plans. She says she’ll think about it. That afternoon she follows another coach.
-
12:10 PMInstagram DM I had knee surgery last year. Can I still train with you?
She wants to know if you work with injuries. Your profile shows workouts, not your certifications. She messages a coach who lists hers.
-
5:30 PMReel posted 3 moves for a stronger back.
Two hours to film and edit. Views and likes. Inquiries: none.
-
9:00 PMEnd of day 11 “info” and “price” DMs still unanswered.
Tomorrow, another reel.
None of them were bad clients. They just found another coach first.
Chapter 2
Meanwhile, on the other side of the screen.
Megan is 41, works full time and has two kids. She wants to get strong at home, with someone checking in on her. Tonight she decides to do something. This is how she looks for you:
She searches on GoogleFrom the couch, at 10:30 PM, once the kids are asleep. She sees three options.
She opens your siteShe wants two answers: what each plan includes and whether you work with injuries. She finds neither.
She goes backThe coach next door answers everything and lets her book. You never hear about it.

Chapter 3
The same night, with your new site.
Megan runs the same search. This time, everything she needed is on your site.
She finds you for what she needsShe lands on your strength-at-home program, not your home page.
She gets her answersShe sees your certification, what each plan includes and what happens with her knee. No weight-loss promises.
She books at 11:15 PMFrom the couch, straight into your calendar. You wake up to a new client call.

That’s what we do: the client who searches at night ends up on your calendar, not another coach’s.

Marketing for coaches that sells your coaching without living in DMs
You post every day and inquiries come in one word at a time: “info?” We build your site, your Google profile and your social media so people looking for a coach find you, see what each plan includes and sign up.
For personal trainers, mentors and wellness pros who already have clients and want more sales without more hours on chat

What coaches tell us.
What we hear from trainers and coaches, and what a site of your own changes.
-
“I post every day and Instagram doesn’t bring me clients”
What it costs youHours a day filming and editing. As one trainer put it on Reddit, “Instagram does very little for independent trainers in terms of lead gen” (2025).
What changes with your new siteA site that works when you’re not posting: a page per program and articles that answer what people search for. What you’ve already filmed gets reused there. -
“If my account gets shut down, my business is gone”
What it costs youOne independent pro estimated she lost about 80% of her season’s bookings after an unexplained Meta suspension (The Guardian, 2025).
What changes with your new siteYour own domain and site, in your name: if the account goes down, people still find you on Google. Instagram becomes the shop window that points to the site. -
“There are thousands of coaches and nobody can tell me apart”
What it costs youClients end up choosing by price or follower count, and trained coaches compete with anyone who calls themselves one.
What changes with your new siteAn about page with your certifications and method, who each plan is for and who it isn’t for, and real testimonials shared with permission, with a note that results vary, as the FTC expects. -
“I spend all day answering “info” and “price” in my DMs”
What it costs youHours a week of chat that doesn’t convert, plus chasing payments one by one.
What changes with your new siteA plans page with what each one includes, FAQs and a button to pay or book a call. Your reply becomes “here’s the link.” Automatic monthly billing is a separate system.

New site or redesign in about a month
A page per program, your certifications in plain sight and a button to pay or book one tap away. It stays in your name.
Every month, on Google and social
We work your pages and your social media, which point to the site, and show you the inquiries and sales it brought in.
A health and wellness case
Verigoodlife: a coaching brand that sells with zero manual steps
We rebuilt the store of a health and nutrition coaching brand. What people buy is delivered on its own after checkout. It’s the same base we would use to sell your plans from your own site.

Marketing for coaches: questions before you hire us
The ones independent trainers and coaches ask most.
How much does it cost?
We set the price after the diagnosis, which is included and takes 2 business days, based on your programs, whether you coach in person or online and the content you need. The site is billed 50% up front and 50% on delivery, and the monthly plan has a 3-month minimum.
I sell everything on Instagram. Why do I need a site?
Instagram brings attention, but you don’t own the account and it doesn’t show up when someone searches on Google. The site is where that attention turns into clients, and what’s left if the account goes down.
Google takes time and I need clients now. Is it worth it?
It’s true: Google takes months and we don’t promise rankings. What pays off sooner is a clear link to send in every DM and, if you coach in person, a complete Google profile.
Can I post before-and-after photos and testimonials?
Yes, with each client’s permission and without promising results. The FTC expects evidence behind health claims and a clear note when a result isn’t typical. So we sell your method and your support, not pounds lost in 30 days.
How long does it take?
A new site or a redesign of your current one takes about a month, depending on its size. If you’re just starting and need something simpler, our Launch site is ready in 2 to 3 weeks.
Will it work with Kajabi, Trainerize or Calendly?
Yes. Each plan’s button leads to your checkout, your coaching app or your calendar. A custom subscription system is quoted separately.
Do you also build custom software?
Yes: an intake quiz that recommends a plan based on goals and injuries, a client area with programs and check-ins, or monthly billing with reminders and easy cancellation. That’s a separate conversation and a separate quote, apart from the site.
