01 – The client

A 26-year career, four books and three exits.

Vinnie is a corporate attorney with a 26-year career, a serial entrepreneur and the author of four books. He built and exited three seven-to-eight-figure companies.

Until late 2025 he ran Mentor Academy, his mentoring and coaching organization for leaders.

02 – The challenge

A new category, and an audience that knew him for something else.

In September 2025 Vinnie decided to close Mentor Academy and go all in on SiteTrust, an AI disclosure certification for businesses. His audience knew him as a leadership mentor, and SiteTrust’s category was new and needed explaining. He asked us for three things:

  • Reposition his personal brand while keeping 20 years of credibility.
  • Make his LinkedIn profile the main place for the conversation on AI trust.
  • Take his message beyond LinkedIn, through podcasts, events and stages.

03 – Strategy

One clear territory: trust as the core problem of AI adoption.

We built three content pillars on top of that territory:

  • AI transparency and disclosure, explained through real cases.
  • Regulation and compliance in plain words: the EU AI Act and U.S. state laws.
  • Leadership and responsible adoption, the bridge to his mentoring story.

One writing rule held it together: every post ties a news story of the week to a data point and a concrete action for business leaders. His legal background brought authority, and his mentor voice brought warmth.

04 – How we did it

Five stages across twelve months.

  1. 01

    October to December 2025

    Transition

We told the Mentor Academy closing story in his own words, updated his headline and profile, and started posting on AI disclosure.

  2. 02

    January to March 2026

    Content system

Close to one post per business day, across text, carousels, captioned video and articles from his Trust Signal newsletter.

  3. 03

    April to June 2026

    PR and podcasts

We booked him on leadership and entrepreneurship shows, where he introduced his Trust Gap framework: integrity, awareness and courage.

  4. 04

    Year-round

    Events and keynotes

Talks on trust and responsible AI adoption. Every appearance came back to LinkedIn as a captioned clip or a photo with a takeaway.

  5. 05

    July to October 2026

    Optimization

Monthly engagement reviews. We leaned into regulation and breaking news, the topics that drove the most conversation.

05 – PR

08 – What we learned

What a year of posting taught us.

  • Reacting fast to big news multiplies the conversation: the top post earned more than 7x the average reactions.
  • Plain-language regulation sparks debate among executives: two of the top three posts come from this pillar.
  • His personal story, closing a profitable company to start another, made the repositioning credible.
  • Live stages fed the feed: the Scale With Stability talk came back to LinkedIn as recap posts on the trust gap.
